Notes on how to review the TA documents

Information about the TA is available for your review in two ways:

1.      A summary table providing a synopsis of each change to contract language, plus full details on the compensation package.  The link to this document is directly under the “Nov. 2020 Tentative Agreement” header.

2.      Individual links to the full text of each change or addition to the contract articles as well as the compensation agreement and salary schedules.  In many cases, the Chief Negotiator has added notes to clarify the intent and/or impact of each item.  With the exception of whole new articles (which appear in default black text), all changes to language are marked according to the following system:

• Black text for pre-existing language

• Strikeouts to show language which is being eliminated or moved

• Blue text for new / added language

• Red text for “notes”—clarifying comments which will not be incorporated in to the CBA
